b. Feasibility study
A feasibility study describes the complete frame of reference for the whole project. The study treats all aspects such as infrastructure, software, network and technique. Budgets are fixed, a detailed planning is being made and the to do’s on the customer’s side are listed.

c. Project management
EM Group guarantees a perfect management of the whole project. The complete process is meticulously discussed with the customer and the different phases of the project are described in detail. A detailed planning is being made and the to do’s for both EM Group and the customer are laid down.

d. Analysis
A profound analysis of the situation is required in order to offer the best solution, meeting the customer’s specific demands.
We provide a technical analysis resulting in a detailed description of the functional requirements (infrastructure with regard to hardware, software, server, …), the procedures and to do’s, the required personnel and the necessary training and follow-up. Budgets are fixed for each of these aspects. Once both parties have agreed upon the analysis, we start the actual project.

e. Programming and implementation
Once the customer has agreed upon the suggested integrated solution and its planning and budgeting, we start the actual project: from the programming over the testing to the final implementation. Each phase of the project is meticulously carried out, as described in detail in the report of the technical analysis.

f. Training + documentation
EM Group provides the necessary documentation (manuals, procedures, …) and training, as agreed upon in the analysis.

g. Delivery + warranty
The installation, testing and implementation are carried out as agreed upon in the analysis. The implementation is followed by the delivery, which becomes final after the warranty period.

h. Follow-up (SLA)
EM Group provides the necessary Service Level Agreements in the “Hardware Maintenance Agreement”. EM Group offers you a qualitative, operational warranty.
